What if you could live in a condominium that carried the Porsche name, offered Canyon Ranch amenities or had home furnishings from international firm Roche Bobois?

Three developers are banking on the lure of the luxe touch.

Germany-based Porsche Design Group and developer Dezer Properties are collaborating on a proposed ultra-luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach, showcasing a one-of-a-kind robotic parking system that will allow owners to park their vehicles in “sky garages” directly next to their units.

In Boca Raton, condominium One Thousand Ocean is working with international home furnishings designer and distributor Roche Bobois to provide a setting for its high-end furniture.

Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach continues to draw to the development residents and prospects familiar with the Canyon Ranch brand.

Aligning luxury brands with luxury properties makes sense, said Michael Sadov, the property’s sales director and director of operations with Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. The Canyon Ranch name brings a 30 percent premium on purchase prices at the condo-hotel.

The name even empowers marketing and makes public relations more effective, Sadov said. Whether Porsche, Roche Bobois, Giorgio Armani or Louis Vuitton, the names bring time-proven cachet.
