Sandy credits her rich resume built up over the last three decades in the real estate field to her love of people and strong buyer-oriented perspective to the sales process.

Her career began as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Commercial in the early 1980’s where she immediately surged as a “Top Producer” in her first year. In the following years, Sandy would continue this pattern of achievement and consistently exceed her objectives, both personally and professionally, through her strong work ethic, attention to detail, consistent client follow up, commitment to success and community involvement - the attributes she became recognized for as a leader in the real estate field.

As Sandy continued to expand her knowledge and skills to the highest of levels, her entrepreneurial spirit would emerge and lead to the inception of Warriner Interests. As a company focused on real estate sales and development for a diverse client roster of private entities and developers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Warriner Interests would usher in another era of success for Sandy.

In 2004, she found herself in demand and would immerse her energies and successful approach on a single new project; coordinating and directing all sales aspects, including budgets and design, for a luxury town home development. Following the successful feat of a 90% sellout, Sandy would return to South Florida to be close to her family and continue her proven success in the real estate business with her daughter Lori, with the creation of SanLorin Properties of Miami Beach.

With motivation, excitement and the ability to adapt to ever changing experiences, Lori began exploring the world and the richness and diversity that life had to offer in Seoul, South Korea for the first nine years of her professional life. As an English instructor, she taught various subjects that involved language arts, music, computer, social studies and art to kindergarten and elementary students. Lori also taught beginner and intermediate level English classes to top business executives in the city of Seoul.

Included in Lori’s schedule was spreading the awareness of yoga to the native community in addition to residents from other countries. Through her company Yoga Bliss, she led classes for the United States Military Base demonstrating and instructing the dynamics of yoga and introduced a Children’s Yoga program in Seoul targeting private language institutes.

Stepping forward, Lori would become a Sales Consultant for Pieroth Wines, a global leader in direct sales with operations in 20 countries. She was responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships, including private clients and restaurant owners. She identified and secured new business while developing and enhancing her marketing presentations. Through her dynamic success, she achieved the top sales award for the region.

In search of the perfect career that complement and enhances her personality and character, Lori chose to embrace a world that would utilize all of her skills and talents she has been blessed with.
